Our work
Aviareto’s role in the industry combines law, finance and technology. The positions in the company reflect that mix. Most sit in one of four areas: compliance and risk, product development, technology, or operations and customer service.
All carry meaningful responsibility, the work is technically demanding, governed by international treaty and held to the high external standards.
Aviareto is a place where individual contributions are visible and the work rewards people who take pride in getting the detail right.
Our team
Our people are the foundation of how the International Registry operates. The whole team is based in Dublin, but our colleagues are from across the globe including Ireland, the UK, Slovenia, Nigeria, Ghana, the Philippines, Romania and South Africa – a group that reflects the international community we serve.
Our strength is built on expertise, dedication and experience. Many of our colleagues have been with us for over a decade, with some contributing their expertise since Aviareto’s establishment in 2006. This depth of tenure provides continuity, knowledge and reliability, while newer team members bring fresh perspectives and energy that drive innovation forward.
Registry Official – Client Administrator
The Registry Official role combines administration and client service, with real responsibility and decision-making authority. The work sits within a complex area of the aviation industry and touches on both IT and legal matters, though it does not require deep expertise in either.
Ideally, candidates will have around three years of experience in a similar role, though recent graduates will also be considered. The role suits people with experience in a regulated environment — aviation, banking or insurance — or in clerical and client service positions.
All CVs are handled in confidence.
